Terms of use

Purpose and product status
This website presents the Hypermail and Hypermail MCP projects. Hypermail is in development and not yet available; no release date is promised. Hypermail MCP is available as open-source software to install on your machine or infrastructure, not as a centralized SaaS provided by this website.
Software license
Hypermail MCP is distributed under the MIT license. These terms concern the website and responsibilities when using connected services; they do not replace the MIT license or add restrictions to the rights it grants over the code.
Authorized use and agent actions
Connect only accounts you are authorized to access. Do not use connected services for abuse, spam or unauthorized access. Follow the rules of email providers, the MCP client and the AI provider.
You are responsible for reviewing your agent’s actions, including recipients, content and attachments before sending, as well as folder, label or message changes and trash operations. An authorized tool can actually modify your mailbox.
Security and Google data
Protect secrets, tokens and encryption keys, as well as access to the instance and backups. The HTTP MCP server has no built-in authentication: use a private network or an authenticating and authorizing proxy, without exposing the server port directly to the Internet. The informational website is not that server.
Covered uses of Google data must comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy and Limited Use: explicitly requested features only, with no advertising, sale of data or training of generalized models. These rules are neither a Google certification nor a technical guarantee of control over third-party clients. Also see the privacy policy.
Availability and liability
The website and information are provided without guarantees of continuous availability, absence of errors or fitness for a particular purpose. Third-party services may change or become unavailable. No release commitment is made for Hypermail.
To the extent permitted by law, Hypersimple excludes liability for damages related to use of the website or the information it presents. This does not remove any mandatory rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. The warranties and exclusions applying to the software remain those of its MIT license.
